DAY 2
The last day of the workshop was loaded with topics on Tourism experience, Transformational Leader, the 3 General Types of Leader, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Alignment, and the Silo Culture & Organizational Silos.
A Balloon Caterpillar teambuilding activity was also done at the poolside area. There were also assessments on Individual Personality & Individual Leadership Style. Points & tips on Malay Tourism Innovation, Transforming the Municipality of Malay into a “One City Tourism Destination” or OCTD and what are the required LGU collaboration in achieving the most desired OCTD were also discussed. To wrap-up the 2-day workshop, participants wrote & submitted an individual commitment on how to contribute to the development and innovation of the Municipality towards achieving the One City Tourism Destination in the future.
