Barangay Aglayan hereby informs the public that the following approved Barangay Ordinances, Series of 2026, have been duly posted in three (3) conspicuous places within Barangay Aglayan for public information and awareness:
Barangay Ordinance No. 71, Series of 2026
โAn Ordinance Establishing the Aglayan Water System (AWAS) of Barangay Aglayan.โ
Barangay Ordinance No. 72, Series of 2026
โAn Ordinance Regulating the Operation of Internet Cafรฉs in Barangay Aglayan to Promote Public Order, Student Welfare, and Morality.โ
Barangay Ordinance No. 73, Series of 2026
โAn Ordinance Regulating the Use of Videoke and Other Sound-Amplifying Devices Within Barangay Aglayan to Maintain Peace and Order.โ
The approved ordinances have been posted at the following conspicuous places:

โข Barangay Aglayan Hall
The posting is undertaken pursuant to Section 59 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, which requires ordinances to be posted in the barangay hall and in at least two (2) other conspicuous places within the local government unit concerned, within five (5) days after approval.
This initiative reflects the commitment of Barangay of Aglayan to transparency, accountability, and good governance by ensuring that residents are properly informed of local legislation affecting the community.
