Residents of Upper Aglayan expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Congressman Atty. John Flores for the successful implementation of the long-awaited project. According to the residents, the concreting of the road has greatly eased the burden of transportation, especially during the rainy season when roads previously became muddy, slippery, and difficult to pass.

Before the completion of the project, many residents, particularly farmers, students, workers, and motorcycle drivers, experienced hardship in traveling due to poor road conditions. During heavy rains, vehicles often struggled to pass because of the slippery and muddy roads, affecting daily activities and access to essential services.
With the completion of the road concreting project, residents now enjoy safer, smoother, and more accessible roads that will further strengthen connectivity and improve economic opportunities in the area.

Barangay Captain Hon. Dr. Toto Sajulga likewise conveyed his sincere gratitude to Congressman Atty. John Flores for taking the initiative in bringing the project to Barangay Aglayan. He emphasized that the project is a major help to the residents of Upper Aglayan and a concrete manifestation of responsive public service.

Present during the turnover ceremony on behalf of Congressman Atty. John Flores were Hon. Brian Flores and Hon. Winky Damasco, who joined barangay officials and community residents in witnessing the formal turnover of the project.

The barangay officials and residents also extended their special thanks and appreciation to ๐—›๐—ผ๐—ป. ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—™๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€ for his support, assistance, and continued efforts in helping facilitate programs and projects that directly benefit the people of Barangay Aglayan.

The people of Upper Aglayan emphasized that they are deeply thankful for the support and development initiatives extended to their community, noting that the project will have a lasting positive impact on the lives of the residents for many years to come.
