Barangay Service Point Officers (BSPOs) and Barangay Population Volunteers (BPVs) successfully gathered for their Quarterly Meeting held on May 27, 2026, at The Gardens Party Venue, Barangay 1, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

This meaningful gathering strengthened coordination, collaboration, and commitment in delivering quality population and community services to every barangay.

We sincerely thank the BUKIDNON LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY , under the leadership of Board Member GODOFREDO BALANSAG, for giving us the opportunity to present PROJECT25@28 Reversing the Trend of Adolescent Pregnancy in Northern Mindanao.

BUKIDNON Population Program Officer, Ms.EMILY MARIE Q. ESTACIO, led the presentation, sharing our main goal: to achieve a 25% reduction in adolescent pregnancy rates across the region from 2026 to 2028. 📉

Barangays are undeniably the frontline in protecting and guiding our youth. We earnestly call on all Punong Barangays and their councils to support this advocacy. Your leadership, policies, and community action are crucial in ensuring our young people get to grow, learn, and build their future before taking on parenthood.
