City Government of Malaybalay Celebrating the 126th Civil Service Month
The opening program was successfully conducted on September 2, 2026, at the Bukidnon Sports Complex, bringing together government employees and participating teams in a celebration of public service, camaraderie, sportsmanship, and commitment to excellence.
The activity began with the Fun Run, followed by the assembly and parade of teams representing the different colors Blue Kalaw, Red Lawin, Green Agila, and Yellow Banog.
Hon. Jay Warren R. Pabillaran, City Mayor in his message, he emphasized the importance of unity, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong commitment to public service. He encouraged all government employees to take the celebration not only as an opportunity to showcase their talents and athletic abilities but also as a way to strengthen relationships, build camaraderie, and promote a healthy and positive workplace environment.
He underscored that government service is not only about performing duties and responsibilities but also about working together toward a common goal and serving the community with dedication and integrity.
Mayor also highlighted the value of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, recognizing that government employees need to take care of their physical and emotional well-being so they can continue to provide efficient and responsive services to the people.
