QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Eligibility: Preferably with at least CSC 1st level eligibility (Sub-Professional Level)
Education: Preferably college graduate
Training: Preferably involved in previous PSA census or survey operations
Experience: Preferably with previous employment in the field of Statistics

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENUMERATOR:
1. Attend the training and learn the concepts, definitions, and instructions to be used during data collection;
2. Pay a courtesy call to the LCEs and Barangay officials to secure their support and assistance in their area;
3. Accomplish the ULAF questionnaire completely and correctly according to the instructions stated in the manual;
4. Geotagging of all existing and operational aquafarms as well as temporary closed aquafarms;
5. Perform other tasks to be discussed during training and as assigned by immediate supervisor/s.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLERK:
1. Assist the Provincial Focal Person in checking of all documents submitted by hired personnel for the financial claims;
2. Assist the Provincial Focal Person in monitoring the progress of enumeration through MIS;
3. Perform other tasks to be discussed during training and as assigned by immediate supervisor/s.

READ | 100-Year-Old Negrense Receives Birth Certificate Through PSA’s Birth Registration Assistance Project

At 100 years old, Lourdes J. Batulay of the Municipality of Ilog, Negros Occidental, finally secured a copy of her birth certificate printed on Security Paper (SECPA) for free through the Philippine Statistics Authority’s (PSA) Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) held on 29 May 2026 at her own municipality.

Aligned with the overall agenda of the Philippine government to bring public services closer and faster to every Filipino, Usec. Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, together with PSA Negros Island Region OIC Regional Director John F. Campomanes, personally handed over the birth certificate to Nanay Lourdes.

This milestone highlights PSA’s continuing efforts to ensure that every Filipino’s birth is registered, and that they are provided legal identity.

LOOK | Atty. Emilio Bernardino “Dino” L. Yulo, Congressman of the 5th District of Negros Occidental, emphasized the assistance provided by the Philippine Statistics Authority, especially through the National ID, in delivering essential government services to the public during the recently held “One Time, Big-Time Serbisyo Caravan” in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.

According to him, civil servants like him can continue serving their constituents through the PSA’s help, resulting to the efficient delivery of social support services, including AICS, social pension, and SSS-related benefits.

The Caravan held on 28 May 2026 at Binalbagan aligns with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to ensure that public services are brought faster and closer to Filipinos.

TINGNAN | Kaugnay ng pagsasagawa ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) ng “One Time, Big-Time Serbisyo Caravan” ngayong araw sa Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, binigyang diin ni Lorena Cornello Arias, residente ng naturang munisipalidad, kung gaano kadaling ma-access ang Digital National ID gamit ang eGovPH superapp.

Aniya, kahit na mawala ang iyong physical card ay maaari pa ring ma-access ang iyong National ID sa nasabing one-stop-shop online platform.

Alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., ang isinagawang caravan ay naglalayong gawing mas accessible at mas mabilis ang civil registration at National ID services para sa mga Negrense.

Bagkus, inihatid na ito ng PSA direkta sa komunidad sa pamamagitan ng “One Time, Big-Time Serbisyo Caravan” na kasalukuyang ginaganap sa naturang munisipalidad.

Alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R.
