🌟 SUCCESSFUL VIRTUAL MEETING: Transforming Personnel Recognition in SDO Bukidnon! 🌟

We just wrapped up an incredibly productive virtual meeting hosted by the HRD Unit, and we couldn't be more excited about what's in store for SDO Bukidnon!

The session kicked off smoothly, thanks to our facilitator, Sir Richard Ley Portillas, who warmly welcomed everyone and kept the energy high right from the start. He set the perfect stage for our main discussion, which focused entirely on finding new ways to appreciate and uplift our personnel for the incredible dedication they pour into their daily tasks.

At the heart of the meeting was an engaging presentation by our speaker, Sir Jessie James Yapao. He thoroughly walked us through the proposed implementation of the PRAISE-PROVE "on-the-spot" recognition program and opened up the floor for a lively discussion on the highly anticipated 2026 Zeal Awards.

As questions and ideas began pouring in from the participants, our SGOD Chief, Nancy Panistante, stepped in brilliantly, addressing queries with absolute clarity and ensuring that everyone felt heard and guided.

We were also deeply honored and privileged to have Bukidnon Board Member, Hon. Minerva C. Casinabe, actively participate in our virtual session. Her presence and insightful contributions truly showed her heartfelt support for our educators and staff.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the constant encouragement of our Top Management. We extend our warmest thanks to our SDS, Victoria V. Gazo, and our two supportive ASDS, Roberto D. Napere, Jr. and ASDS Rosemarie T. Macesar, for always backing initiatives that celebrate the hard work of the DepEd Bukidnon family!

The Schools Division Office of Bukidnon congratulates everyone on the successful conduct of the NASH PDI Batch 1 Coaching Orientation for participants under the “Meeting PPSSH Standards in Three (3) Domains” category.

The activity was graced by our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Viki Gazo Victoria V. Gazo and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Bobby D. Napiere Jr. together with the identified coaches for the NASH PDI Batch 1 participants under the Meeting PPSSH Standards in Three (3) Domains category.

The orientation was facilitated by Jessie James Orquia Yapao, Senior Education Program Specialist and NASH PDI Focal Person, together with Richard Ley M. Portillas, Education Program Specialist II. The activity underscored SDO Bukidnon's continuing commitment to providing structured coaching, mentoring, and job-embedded professional development support to its school leaders.

Anchored on the NASH PDI Coaching Toolkit, the orientation emphasized the important transition from Phase 1 learning to Phase 2 job-embedded practice. It highlighted how the participant's Individual Development Report (IDR) serves as the starting point in identifying PPSSH growth areas and connecting these with actual school-based leadership problems, appropriate domain-based outputs, and the development of a contextualized Work Application Plan (WAP).

More importantly, the activity reinforced a fundamental principle of the coaching process: the participant owns the work, while the coach strengthens the participant's thinking, quality of outputs, and readiness to translate learning into authentic leadership practice.

This successful activity marks another meaningful milestone in strengthening reflective, strategic, and context-responsive school leadership across SDO Bukidnon. Through purposeful coaching conversations, our school leaders are guided to transform identified growth areas into concrete and meaningful leadership actions responsive to the realities of their schools.

Padayon sa paglambo, School Leaders of SDO Bukidnon!

Together, we lead. Together, we learn. Together, we transform.

🎉 NASH BATCH 1 VIRTUAL COORDINATION MEETING CONCLUDED! 🎉

The DepEd Division of Bukidnon successfully conducted the Virtual Coordination Meeting for the National Assessment for School Heads (NASH) Batch 1! 💻✨

This targeted session brought together our dedicated Category B Coachees—our school heads who successfully passed the NASH exam—as they prepare to embark on the next phase of their leadership development journey.

The virtual conference proved to be a productive space of collaboration and clarity, highlighting key agenda localized for our school leaders:

🔹 PDI Updates and Targets – Thoroughly discussed and mapped out by Sir Jessie James Orquia Yapao (Senior Education Program Specialist), equipping our coachees with clear benchmarks and strategic directions.
🔹 Management Concerns – Enlightening administrative insights and institutional support mechanisms presented by our Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, ASDS Roberto D. Napere, Jr.

The entire virtual proceeding ran smoothly from start to finish, seamlessly hosted and moderated by Sir Richard Ley M. Portillas ReChargePort'z Man (Education Program Specialist II).

With our targets firmly set, management directions clarified, and pressing questions answered during the open forum, our Category B NASH qualifiers are now fully equipped and empowered for success! 🚀🙌

Congratulations to all our National Assessment for School Heads (NASH) - Batch 2 takers and passers, whose hard work, perseverance, and dedication have culminated in this remarkable achievement. We proudly extend a special commendation to our outstanding Regional Top Performers, Ma’am Rosemarie Bacus and Gerardo Salcedo, whose exceptional efforts set a high standard of excellence and inspire everyone around them.

This milestone is firmly anchored to DepEd Memorandum No. 044, s. 2026 (Results of the NASH), which underscores the critical role of the Three-Year Development Plan (TDP) and Professional Development Intervention (PDI) in shaping the country's next generation of school leaders. By utilizing NASH as a developmental tool rather than a mere test, school heads can accurately identify their growth areas to design Targeted Development Program (TDP) and impactful Professional Development Intervention (PDI) ensuring effective school governance and improved learner outcomes.

We express our deepest gratitude to our visionary leaders—SDS Victoria V. Gazo, ASDS Bobby D. Napiere Jr., ASDS Rosemarie T. Macesar, CID Chief ES Elbert R. Francisco, and SGOD Chief ES Nancy B. Panistante whose exceptional guidance and strategic direction were instrumental in steering our educators toward this NASH Batch 2 milestone. By prioritizing continuous growth, their leadership empowered our takers to conquer this assessment, paving the way for a new generation of school heads.

Congratulations everyone! 💜❤️
