The Municipal Assessor’s Office presented the background and legal basis of the proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for the Municipality of Malinao pursuant to RPVARA. This initiative aims to provide the Sangguniang Bayan with proper background and understanding prior to the official publication of the proposed SMV.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to the Provincial Assessor’s Office and the Albay Assessors and Appraisers Association, represented by Ms. Lea Costo, Municipal Assessor of Tiwi, for their assistance and support.
