A significant milestone achieved through the Local Government Support Fundโ€“Financial Assistance to LGUs FY 2024 Project as we successfully conducted the Turnover Ceremony for the newly constructed Multi-Purpose Building (Teacherโ€™s Sleeping Area) at Barangay Pinalpalan, Malita, Davao Occidental.

This project reflects the commitment of the government in supporting the welfare of educators and improving school facilities for a more comfortable and conducive learning environment.

May this facility continue to serve its purpose and become a symbol of unity, service, and development for the community. Congratulations to everyone who made this project possible!

In times of disasters and emergencies, ensuring the dignified, organized, and lawful management of dead and missing persons is a vital component of humanitarian response.

This Memorandum Circular provides guidance for the systematic operationalization of the Management of the Dead and Missing Persons (MDM) Operations and strengthens coordination among Local Government Units (LGUs), National Government Agencies (NGAs), and other partner stakeholders.

In line with Section 7 (4) of Civil Service Commission Resolution No. 2500752 dated 24 July 2025, otherwise known as the โ€œRules Governing the Grant of Eligibility to Sangguniang Kabataan Officials,โ€ this issuance provides clear guidance on the proper process for the issuance of Certificates of Eligibility for SK Officials.
The policy aims to ensure that all qualified Sangguniang Kabataan officials are properly recognized under standardized and transparent procedures set by the Civil Service Commission.

The issuance of SKOE certificates shall strictly follow the prescribed rules and documentary requirements as provided under the said CSC Resolution to ensure consistency, accountability, and compliance with civil service regulations.

All concerned SK officials are advised to coordinate with the appropriate offices and ensure complete and accurate submission of requirements to avoid delays in processing
