The UniFAST/Scholarship Unit of CHED Regional Office XI has reached a significant milestone in the rollout of LANDBANK accounts for TES and TDP beneficiaries in the Davao Region.

Out of the regional target of 59,767 scholars and grantees, 53,905 beneficiaries have already opened or maintained active LANDBANK accounts, equivalent to a 90.19% completion rate.

This initiative supports the transition toward ATM-based and cashless disbursement of financial benefits, helping make the release of TES and TDP assistance more efficient, secure, transparent, and accessible for our beneficiaries.

CHED RO XI extends its sincere appreciation to LANDBANK, HEI Presidents, Scholarship Coordinators, scholars, and grantees for their continued cooperation and support. Through this shared effort, we continue to bring government service closer to the students who need it most.

Scholars of the above-mentioned scholarship program are scheduled to sign their payroll on May 26, 2026, at the SPAMAST Training Center, Poblacion, Malita, Davao Occidental.

📌 Use the same format as before (front and back of the ATM card).
📌 For cardless account holders, print a screenshot of your account number and details.

If you are unable to personally process and sign your payroll, you may authorize a representative through a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA). Please comply with the following requirements:

📌 Submit two (2) original copies of the duly notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
📌Provide five (5) photocopies of a valid ID of your authorized representative.
📌Submit five (5) photocopies of your validated School I.D.
📌Ensure that your authorized representative strictly follows Step 1 and Step 2 of the payroll process.

Empowering scholars through financial literacy is a critical step toward ensuring that academic opportunities lead to long-term personal and professional success. While financial assistance provides vital support, scholars often face financial strain due to unexpected expenses and a lack of budgeting and saving skills. By equipping students with essential financial management capabilities, this seminar directly aligns with SDG 1 (No Poverty) and SDG 4 (Quality Education) by reducing financial vulnerability and fostering life-ready skills. Furthermore, this initiative supports SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), training students to become productive, economically informed citizens while promoting inclusivity. In line with the World’s Universities with Ranking for Innovation (WURI) principles of real-world impact and student-centered innovation, this seminar transcends classroom learning to help scholars navigate real-life economic crises. Ultimately, enhancing financial literacy allows students to maximize their scholarships, alleviate financial stress, and build lifelong habits essential for stability, reflecting both global development goals and the SPAMAST mission of quality and transformative education.

In line with this, the SPAMAST-Scholarship Office would like to request the following scholars to attend the Financial Literacy Seminar on the date, time, and venue stated above.

The SPAMAST Scholarship Office is pleased to inform all students of SPAMAST that the BFP Scholarship Program 2026, in partnership with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), is now OPEN to qualified applicants.

This program aims to provide financial assistance to dependents of firefighters, supporting them in pursuing and completing their higher education.

✔️ Dependents of permanently disabled firefighters

The SPAMAST Scholarship Office is pleased to inform all incoming students of SPAMAST that the applications for the SPAMAST Entrance Scholarship are now officially open.

QUALIFICATIONS

Students who wish to apply for the scholarship must meet the following minimum requirements and submit complete documentary requirements early:

✅Must be a Filipino citizen and an incoming first-year college student of Southern Philippines Agribusiness and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology
✅Must have graduated from Grade 12 with High Honors or Highest Honors
✅Must be enrolled in any board program offered by the institution

All applicants must submit complete, accurate, and legible documentary requirements to support and verify your scholarship application on or before the prescribed deadline.

▶️ 1 copy of Good Moral Certificate (Certified true copy)
▶️ 1 copy of Enrolment Registration Certificate (ERC)-1st 2026-2027
▶️ 1 copy of PSABirth Certificate (Photocopy)
▶️ 1 copy of BIR Certification (ITR), if employed or Certificate of Indigency as proof of income, duly issued by the Punong Barangay where the applicant resides.

▶️ 1 pc Long Brown Folder
