October 9, 2026 - The 4Ps Provincial Operations Office (POO) of Davao Occidental, in close coordination with the Municipal Operations Office (MOO) of Sta. Maria, successfully conducted the SUSI Mobile App Validation in Barangays Pongpong and San Agustin, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental.

The SUSI Mobile App is an innovative initiative developed by the 4Ps POO Davao Occidental to modernize and streamline field operations.

Key Objectives of the SUSI Mobile App:

Ngayong National Mental Health Week, ipinapaalala sa atin na walang masamang mapagod, huminto sandali at humingi ng tulong kapag mabigat na ang lahat. Minsan, ang simpleng pagkakaroon ng makikinig at makakaunawa ay sapat na para magkaroon tayo ng lakas ng loob na magpatuloy.

Ang Family Development Session (FDS) ay mahalagang parte ng pagpapatupad ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) na naglalayong magbigay ng kaalaman at pagkakataon sa mga pamilya na maisabuhay ang mga natutunan sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na buhay.

Kaya bilang suporta sa pagpapatupad ng FDS, ang DSWD ay nagbigay ng FDS Kits na magagamit ng mga city/municipal link sa pagsasagawa ng mga sesyon. Kabilang dito ang mga visual aid materials at mga protective gear gayang kapote at payong na magagamit sa kanilang pagpunta sa mga komunidad.

Bilang isang solo parent, hindi naging madali para kay Genna Yanoc Anuran ang itaguyod ang kaniyang apat na anak. Sa kabila ng hirap, pinili niyang magpatuloy at ipaglaban ang mga pangarap ng kaniyang pamilya.

Ngayon, unti-unti nang nagbubunga ang kanilang mga sakripisyo. Dalawa sa kaniyang mga anak ay nakapagtapos na ng kolehiyo, habang ang dalawa pa ay patuloy na nagsisikap para sa kanilang mga pangarap.

Para kay Genna, naging mahalagang katuwang ang Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) sa kanilang paglalakbay tungo sa mas magandang kinabukasan. Kasabay ng kanilang tiyaga, edukasyon, at suporta mula sa ibaโ€™t ibang institusyon, unti-unti nilang nalalampasan ang mga hamon ng buhay.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through its Conditional Cash Transfer Group (CCTG), continues to promote financial inclusion and digital empowerment among Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries through digital financial literacy initiatives.

On October 9, 2026, representatives from the World Bankโ€™s BFIRST Foundation, visited the 4Ps implementation site at the Mandaluyong City Hall to learn about the programโ€™s digital financial literacy initiatives and ongoing efforts to enhance social protection service delivery through the 4Ps Forward, or the programโ€™s digital transformation project.

The activity engaged 60 4Ps beneficiary participants in learning sessions on financial literacy, digital banking, and access to government services, with the participation of partner institutions, including the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and Asia United Bank (AUB).

The World Bank representatives are joined by Assistant Secretary and Officer-in-Charge for CCTG Atty. Elaine F. Fallarcuna, and Beneficiary Management and Service Delivery Director Augustus Lito M. Narag.

Through these collaborative efforts, 4Ps beneficiaries gain opportunities to strengthen their financial knowledge, explore digital financial services, and make informed financial decisions, while also supporting their journey toward greater financial inclusion and improved family well-being.

4Ps continues to guide its beneficiaries toward self-sufficiency through different interventions such as digital financial inclusion.

DSWD PRESS RELEASE: DSWD, TESDA orient field personnel on how 4Ps families can access skills, job opportunities with Skills Passport app

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) held an online orientation last September 24 for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) field personnel so they can learn how to access the TESDA Skills Passport application.

The TESDA Skills Passport serves as a digital platform that allows Filipino technical-vocational learners to access skills training, scholarships, employment, and career development opportunities. (ADSP/AKDL)
