🎉 Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program 🎉

Another successful step forward for the education and future of our youth.

We are happy to announce that five (5) students received cash assistance amounting to ₱20,000.00 each, for a total of ₱100,000.00, under the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program, pursuant to DILG MC-2026-0sa, and funded through the Socio-Civic Project Fund from the Office of the President.

The selection of the five (5) student beneficiaries followed the prescribed guidelines, wherein they must be:

a) An incoming fourth-year college student for School Year 2026–2027;

b) From a vulnerable or indigent household;

c) At risk of dropping out; and/or

d) A resident of the concerned barangay.

This assistance serves as a significant opportunity and inspiration for our students to continue their education, pursue their dreams, and work toward a brighter future.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the Municipal Government of Malitbog for their continued support and cooperation in implementing programs that provide meaningful benefits to our barangay and our community.

Let us continue working together toward an educated, resilient, and progressive community. 💙📚🇵🇭

BPATS Self-Defense Training

The Barangay Public Safety and Traffic Service (BPATS) successfully participated in a Self-Defense Training aimed at enhancing their skills, discipline, confidence, and preparedness in ensuring the safety and security of the community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our distinguished Resource Speakers, PEMS Ariel Capidos, PSSG Danilo M. Dueñas Jr, and PSSG Angelito Escario from Libagon, for generously sharing their knowledge, expertise, and practical techniques. Your guidance has equipped our BPATS members with valuable skills that will help them perform their duties with greater competence and professionalism.

Together, we continue to build a safer, stronger, and more resilient community.

📌 Lupon Monthly Meeting

The Lupon Tagapamayapa of Barangay Sabang conducted its monthly meeting through a video orientation by watching a YouTube presentation on the roles and functions of the Lupon Tagapamayapa. This activity enhanced the members' knowledge and understanding of their duties and responsibilities in maintaining peace, resolving disputes, and promoting harmony within the community.

Together, we cultivate a greener and healthier community! Through the HAPAG Gardening Program, our Barangay Council continues to promote food security, environmental sustainability, and unity by encouraging every household to grow their own vegetables and fruits.
