MLGOO Glenda Alipao conducted an Orientation on the Implementing Guidelines of the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program: Presidential Assistance under the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) for Punong Barangays and other concerned stakeholders during the LIGA meeting held on July 10, 2026.

The orientation aimed to orient Punong Barangays with the objectives, implementation flow and procedures, eligible projects, and documentary requirements governing the implementation of the BBM Program under the SCPF. It was also emphasized the roles and responsibilities of barangay officials in ensuring the efficient and transparent implementation of the program.

On July 9, 2026 (Thursday), the 3rd Quarter Joint Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC), Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), and Municipal Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (MTF-ELCAC) Meeting was successfully conducted at the LNB Function Hall, Malitbog, Southern Leyte.
