With the theme, "Transcending Worthwhile Partnership in the Endeavor to Nurture Triumphant Josenian Youth towards Outstanding and iNclusive Education", the San Jose National High School celebrated its 21st Founding Anniversary with a bang! The Color Fun Run on March 17, 2023, was a huge success, with learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and other stakeholders showing their support for the school. The event was organized by the Supreme Student Government, School Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Club, and Barkada Kontra Droga Club, raising enough funds to purchase a brand new sound system for the school.
The Color Fun Run was held around San Jose Norte 1 and 2, which saw participants doused in vibrant hues of blue, pink, green, and yellow. The event perfectly represented the school's vibrant and dynamic spirit, with participants enjoying the day with their classmates and friends.
The new sound system was purchased using the proceeds from the event and is a state-of-the-art system that will be used in flag-raising ceremonies, LAC sessions, meetings and symposiums, and other school events. The sound system is expected to enhance the overall experience of these events and provide a better audio experience for all participants.

INVEST IN OUR PLANET; Global Earth Hour is an annual event that is observed worldwide to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability. It encourages individuals and communities to switch off non-essential lights and electrical appliances for one hour, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, on the last Saturday of March.
This year, the San Jose National High School took part in the Global Earth Hour on March 25, 2023. Together with millions of people around the world, the Josenian learners, and teaching and non-teaching personnel switched off all non-essential lights and electrical appliances, including electric fans, televisions, and air conditioners, and lit candles, creating a beautiful sight that symbolized our commitment to the planet.

The SJNHS participated in the 3rd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2022 (NSED) today, September 8.

The teaching and non-teaching personnel and the learners at home simulated the DUCK, COVER, and HOLD technique while practicing minimum public health standards.
