📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY
Suspension of In-Person Classes | City of Malolos

Due to the prevailing rains brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, and as precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners and school personnel, IN-PERSON CLASSES in ALL LEVELS in both public and private schools in the City of Malolos are hereby suspended today, September 3, 2026.

Schools are instructed to implement learning continuity modalities which must be monitored by school heads and supervisors. This measure is being undertaken to prevent risks associated with flooding, road hazards, and other rain-induced threats.

The public is advised to remain indoors, monitor official weather updates from PAGASA, and stay alert for further announcements from the City Government of Malolos and local school authorities.

Let us all stay vigilant and take the necessary precautions to safeguard lives and property.

Please be guided accordingly.

Sa ginanap na lingguhang pagtataas ng watawat, binigyang-pagkilala ang mga kawani ng Malolos LGU na nanilbihan sa tungkulin nang may 10 taon na at pataas. Ito ay iginagawad alinsunod sa CSC Resolution No. 010112 na ipinapatupad sa pamamagitan ng CSC Memorandum No. 1, s. 2001, o mas kilala bilang Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE).

Kaya’t ‘wag nang kalimutang i-share ang ating live broadcast sa inyong mga kapamilya at kaibigan para lahat tayo ay updated sa mga latest na ganap at balita sa ating lungsod. Dahil ating ihahatid ang kalagayan ng kakalsadahan sa Malolos, ganoon din ang ulat ng panahon.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY: Suspension of In-Person Classes | City of Malolos

In light of the widespread flooding in several areas of the city caused by continuous heavy rains brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), and in the interest of public safety, IN-PERSON CLASSES in ALL LEVELS, both public and private, are hereby suspended tomorrow, September 1, 2026.

Schools are instructed to implement learning continuity modalities, which must be monitored by school heads and supervisors. This precautionary measure aims to prevent risks and ensure the welfare of all students and staff who may be affected by the current weather conditions and impassable roads.

The public is advised to stay indoors, avoid flooded areas, and continue to monitor updates from PAGASA, the City Government of Malolos, and local authorities.

Let us all stay vigilant and take the necessary precautions to safeguard lives and property.

Paano ba sinusukat ang kabayanihan? May salita bang makapagbibigay ng kahulugan at paliwanag para ito'y matukoy? Nasa bilang ba kung ilan ang pinaslang sa ngalan ng paglaya o nasa dami ng salita na inilathala?

Lahat tayo ay may kanya-kanyang pananaw, persepsyon, at paninindigan sa kung paano, sino, at ano ang bayani't kabayanihan. Pero ang totoong diwa at representasyon nito ay tayo sa kasalukuyan.

Walang silbi ang mga dugong dumaloy, mga katawang napagod, at mga nabuong sakripisyo. Walang bayani kung sa ating panahon ay nananatili tayong ilag sa mga suliraning nasaksihan na ng nakaraan ngunit tahasan nating binabalewala.

Kaya't bilang pagpupugay sa mga itinuturing nating mga bayani ng bayan, hamon sa atin na harapin ang mga hamon ng hinaharap. Nang matatag, magkakasama, at may matalinong pagpapasya. Dahil kung tayo ang basehan ng kabayanihan at hindi natin magampanan ang ating mga parte, wala nang bayaning kikilalanin ang susunod na henerasyon.
