Malolos Population Welfare Division spearheaded the Philippine Population and Development Program and KATROPA (Kalalakihang Tapat sa Responsibilidad at Obligasyon sa Pamilya/Pamayanan) at the barangay level!

CPD III conducted a coaching and mentoring session for the local population officers and designates of the Province of Bulacan, Cities, and Municipalities on May 26, 2026 at Paombong, Bulacan.
The sessions primarily aimed to assess the progress in the implementation of the Philippine Population and Development Plan of Action (PPD-POA) 2023–2028, using the 2025 results of The Outstanding Population Structures as a benchmark, while also identifying gaps and challenges in the implementation of the Eight Core Strategies at the local level and supporting local government units (LGUs) in achieving optimal performance through the provision of guidance and capacity-building interventions to further strengthen the localization of the Plan.
