The Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (PHACTO) was established as a department on January 1, 2015. It was separated from the then Provincial Youth, Sports, Employment, Arts and Culture Office (PYSEACTO) and now the Provincial Youth, Sports and Employment Development Office (PYSEDO). The department was created in accordance to the Tourism Code of Bulacan, which was passed by the

Sangguniang Panlalawigan on February 28, 2012 as Kapasiyahan Blg. 074-T’12. It has three divisions, namely: History and Heritage Division, Arts and Culture Division, and Tourism Division. PHACTO with 58 personnel is headed by Dr. Eliseo S. Dela Cruz. Its office is located at G*t Blas F. Ople Building, Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

ATM | Kasabay ng pagdiriwang ng National Heritage Month, matagumpay na isinagawa ng Tanggapan ng Turismo ng Bayan ng Hagonoy kasama ang Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (PHACTO) Bulacan ang “𝙇𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙙 𝙃𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙮: 𝙇𝙖𝙠𝙗𝙖𝙮 𝙆𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙩 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖.” 🩷

Sa patuloy na pakikiisa at pangunguna ng ating Punong Bayan, Mayor Ate Charo Sy-Alvarado, higit nating napapalakas ang pagsusulong ng kultura, kasaysayan, at turismo ng Bayan ng Hagonoy para sa susunod na henerasyon.

Layunin ng gawaing ito na mapalalim ang pagpapahalaga sa mayamang pamana at pagkakakilanlan ng ating bayan bilang bahagi ng pagpapaunlad ng lokal na turismo at komunidad.
