IBP Bulacan’s Commitment Against Corruption in Flood Control Projects

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Bulacan Chapter stands firm in its unyielding commitment to fight corruption in all its forms, especially in matters that directly affect the welfare and safety of our people.

We condemn, in the strongest terms, the misuse and misappropriation of public funds intended for flood control projects. Corruption in this vital area is not merely theft of money—it is theft of lives, homes, and the dignity of communities that suffer from devastating floods year after year.

IBP Bulacan affirms its role as a watchdog and partner in ensuring transparency, accountability, and good governance. We pledge to provide legal assistance, raise public awareness, and work hand-in-hand with government institutions, civic organizations, and the people of Bulacan to expose and resist corruption that undermines our province’s future.
