Demonstrating the true spirit of service, teamwork, and volunteerism, the Boy Scouts of San Juan Sitio Balayan Elementary School actively participated in the ongoing Brigada Eskwela 2026 by lending their time, energy, and efforts to various school improvement activities.

As part of the school's commitment to environmental sustainability and proper waste management, representatives from the Natural Environment and Resources Office (NEMRO) visited San Juan Sitio Balayan Elementary School to monitor and assess the school's environmental initiatives.

During the visit, the NEMRO personnel inspected the school's collection of recyclable materials, particularly the accumulated waste papers, as well as the school's Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP). The activity aimed to evaluate the school's efforts in promoting environmental awareness, waste segregation, recycling practices, and sustainable gardening among learners.

The visit also served as an opportunity to showcase the collective efforts of the school community in maintaining a clean, green, and healthy learning environment. San Juan Sitio Balayan Elementary School recently held a meaningful Turnover Ceremony as the school community bid farewell to Mrs. Rochell R. Bandong, Assistant Principal II, as she embarks on a new chapter of her educational journey in her new school assignment.

The event was attended by the SPTA President, Mrs. Gina G. Valencia, representatives from the barangay led by Hon. Rommel, representing Barangay Captain Randy L. Torres, and the entire teaching force of SJSBES. Their presence reflected the strong partnership and support that Mrs. Bandong cultivated during her stay in the school.

During the program, heartfelt messages of gratitude and appreciation were shared in recognition of Mrs. Bandong's dedication, leadership, and invaluable contributions to the school community. Her commitment to supporting teachers, learners, and stakeholders has left a lasting impact that will continue to inspire the Sitionian family.

As part of the preparations for๐‘ฉ๐’“๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‚๐’…๐’‚ ๐‘ฌ๐’”๐’Œ๐’˜๐’†๐’๐’‚ 2026, the dedicated teachers of San Juan Sitio Balayan Elementary School conducted a house-to-house information campaign to personally invite parents, learners, and community members to participate in the upcoming Brigada Eskwela activities.

Through this initiative, families were informed about the importance of Brigada Eskwela and how their participation can help create a safer, cleaner, and more learner-friendly school environment for the opening of classes. The activity also served as an opportunity to strengthen the partnership between the school and the community in support of quality education.

With the spirit of bayanihan and shared responsibility, SJSBES continues to encourage everyone to take part in this meaningful undertaking and become partners in preparing a better learning environment for every Sitionian learner.
