The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Occidental Mindoro Provincial Statistical Office, in partnership with the Local Civil Registrar Office of San Jose and concerned barangay officials, successfully conducted the awarding of Certificates of Live Birth (COLB) printed in Security Paper (SECPA) to beneficiaries from Ilin Island, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro on May 27 and 28, 2026 under the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP).
