Unscheduled Water Service Interruption & Hydro-Testing

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to a sudden pressure drop at our Water Treatment Plant, the Busay Management is implementing emergency hydro-testing activities affected areas Jones Quezon St, Sto Nino St.,Sta. Catalina St, Burgos St, Sagrado St .,Rizal St., and Villareal St.Poblacion Proper.

If you experience a water interruption outside of your scheduled "off" time, please do not panic.This means our teams are currently conducting hydro-testing in your specific area to trace leaks and restore normal pressure.

We appreciate your patience as we work to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

WATER SERVICE ADVISORY

MAY 29,2026

Please be informed that due to a scheduled power interruption by Capiz Electric Cooperative Inc. (CAPELCO) from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM tomorrow (May 30,2026), the power supply to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Sitio Tipik Brgy Manibad will be affected.

As a result, the generator set (genset) at the WTP will not be able to operate continuously for the full ten ( 10 ) hours. To prevent overheating and ensure safe operation, the genset will be shut down every two ( 2 ) hours.

During this time, intermittent water service interruptions may occur.

We advise all consumers to store sufficient water in advance for essential needs. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

TIME: 7:00 PM onwards
REASON: Leaks repair at Mambusao Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

AFFECTED AREAS: Manibad, Poblacion Proper, Poblacion Tabuc, Bato-Bato, Atiplo , Portion of Pang-Pang Norte, Portion of Maralag and Portion of Tugas.

We need to shut off the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to facilitate the said activity.

Residents are advised of the affected service areas to store water to supply their needs during this period. The water supply maybe restore earlier if the work goes smoothly or later if unforeseen problem will arise.

WATER SERVICE ADVISORY

April 29, 2026

Due to a low voltage supply from CAPELCO starting at 9:40 AM onwards our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Brgy. Manibad is currently running on a generator.

To prevent the equipment from overheating, the generator will be shut down for cooling every two (2) hours. This will result in intermittent water service interruptions.

Please store enough water for your essential needs.

UPDATE: 📣WATER SERVICE ADVISORY ( Supply Restored & Rotational Schedule)

As of 5:05 p.m today ,water supply has been restored to all customers.💧

You may initially experience low pressure. Water line must be fully refilled before high presure reaches every household .

We will continue to follow the Rotational Water Supply Schedule released last April 7,2026, to ensure equitable distribution.
