WATER INTERRUPTION ADVISORY (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE)

Please be informed that there will be a scheduled water interruption.

WHEN: September 01 ,2026 ( TUESDAY )
TIME: 8:00 P.M - 12:00 MN.
REASON: General Cleaning of one (1) unit Clarifier Tank at Mambusao Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

AFFECTED AREAS:
Manibad,
Poblacion Proper
Poblacion Tabuc
Bato-Bato
Atiplo
Portion of Pang-Pang Norte,
Portion of Maralag and
Portion of Tugas.

We need to shut off the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to facilitate the said activity.

Residents are advised of the affected service areas to store water to supply their needs during this period. The water supply maybe restore earlier if the work goes smoothly or later if unforeseen problem will arise.

WATER SERVICE ADVISORY

August 31,2026

Please be informed that due to a scheduled power interruption by Capiz Electric Cooperative Inc. (CAPELCO) from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM today (August 31,2026), the power supply to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Sitio Tipik Brgy Manibad will be affected.

As a result, the generator set (Genset) at the WTP will not be able to operate continuously for the full eight ( 8)hours. To prevent overheating and ensure safe operation, the genset will be shut down every three( 3) hours.

During this time, intermittent water service interruptions may occur.

We advise all consumers to store sufficient water in advance for essential needs. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please be informed that due to a scheduled power interruption by Capiz Electric Cooperative Inc. (CAPELCO) from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM today (August 23,2026), the power supply to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Sitio Tipik Brgy Manibad will be affected.

As a result, the generator set (Genset) at the WTP will not be able to operate continuously for the full twelve ( 12) hours. To prevent overheating and ensure safe operation, the genset will be shut down every three( 3) hours.

Reason: Urgent inspection of the inside intake source and status check of our sewage pump unit.

The Water Treatment Plant has been temporarily shut off to safely facilitate these activities.

This temporary distribution plan will remain active until repair operations are fully completed and normal system pressure is restored.

WATER LEAKS IN BRGY: BATO-BATO

‎Please be informed of the latest updates regarding huge water leaks in our main uPVC distribution line in Brgy. Bato-Bato going to Sitio Tagaytay Maralag area.
‎
‎Our maintenance team has successfully pinpointed the source of the leak. It was found situated near the culvert pipe directly underneath the concrete road.
‎
‎Repairs on the damaged pipe are currently in progress. Since the pipe lies underneath a concrete road, the excavation and repair work will take an extended amount of time
‎
‎We understand the inconvenience of not having water. While the main repair is still ongoing, our team is actively executing a contingency plan to temporarily restore the water supply to the residents of Brgy. Bato-Bato.
‎
‎We will provide further updates as the repair progresses.
‎

​Please be advised that due to suspected water leaks in our main uPVC distribution line in Brgy.Bato-Bato going to Sitio Tagaytay Maralag area, we will be conducting an inspection and valving operation to facilitate this activities.

As a result, residents in Brgy. Bato-Bato and Portion of part of Brgy. Maralag ( Sitio Tagaytay) may experience low water pressure to no water supply during this time.
