ADVISORY TO THE PUBLIC

In reference to Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President on March 6, 2026, government agencies and instrumentalities were directed to implement energy conservation measures to help address the effects of global market volatility. While the Circular authorized alternative work arrangements, including the Compressed Workweek (CWW), it explicitly mandated under Section 4 that โ€œagencies that provide frontline services shall likewise ensure that such services remain unimpeded at all times.โ€

In the interest of maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring the continuous delivery of public service, the Manaoag Water District hereby suspends the implementation of the Compressed Workweek (CWW).

Effective June 1, 2026, the Manaoag Water District shall resume its regular office schedule as follows:

OFFICE HOURS:

Monday to Friday
8:00 A.M. โ€“ 5:00 P.M.

Saturday (Collection Services Only)
8:00 A.M. โ€“ 12:00 P.M.

The public is advised to conduct their transactions during the above-mentioned office hours.

Manaoag Water District (MANWAD) is conducting an EMERGENCY MAINLINE LEAK REPAIR at BERNAL ROAD Brgy. PUGARO Manaoag, Pangasinan which will cause temporary water supply interruption, low pressure and turbid water in some portions of the service area.

ADVISORY!!!

The Manaoag Water District informs the public and all valued concessionaires that effective March 9, 2026 (Monday), the office will adopt a Four (4)-Day Work Week Schedule in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, issued by the Office of the President directing all government agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols.

Under this arrangement, temporary office operations will be from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, ensuring that the required 40-hour work week is maintained. Please be advised that there will be no Saturday water bill collection during the implementation of this schedule.

The adoption of the four (4)-day onsite work arrangement shall remain in effect until lifted or sooner revoked by the President.

This measure is implemented to support energy conservation efforts while ensuring the continuous and efficient delivery of services of the Manaoag Water District.
