From being a part of Philippine Constabulary-Integrated National Police (PC-INP) for almost 20 years, Manaoag Fire Station was given its own identity when the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) was created on August 02, 1991 by the virtue of RA 6975 also known as DILG ACT of 1990 (An act establishing the Philippine National Police under a reorganized Department of the Interior and Local Government, and for other purposes). The lot of Manaoag Fire Station was donated by the LGU Manaoag with the leadership of the late Honorable Pedrito A Garcia as per SB Resolution No. 97-123 dated October 20, 1997 and awarding the lot in the year 1998 located at Tiong St., Poblacion, Manaoag, Pangasinan with a total land area of 100 sqm. Construction of the said Station was initiated during the headship of SFO1 Felipe Zulueta,
Municipal Fire Marshal circa 1998. Presently, with the generosity and initiative of SFO3 Armando G Ramos (The Man of Action), Manaoag Fire Station has remarkably improved in terms of the façade, premises, facilities and even the personnel. This will not be possible without the help of the volunteers and BFP Personnel of the said station.
