An order suspending onsite or Face-to-Face Classes at all levels in both public and private schools in the Municipality of Manaoag on Friday, July 10, 2026, due to the inclement weather condition enhanced by 𝙏𝙮𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙣 "𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮" (Bavi), to ensure the safety and welfare
of students, teachers and school personnel.

School heads are encouraged and authorized to implement
the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) to ensure the continuity
of learning during the suspension of on-site classes.

🇵🇭 Oraan Elementary School Joins the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award Simultaneous Flag Ceremony

Today, July 6, 2026, Oraan Elementary School proudly participated in the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award Simultaneous Flag Ceremony. Teachers, staff, and learners gathered during the regular Monday flag-raising ceremony to honor this significant national observance.

The activity highlighted the importance of patriotism, national unity, and respect for the country's sovereignty while encouraging learners to become informed, responsible, and active citizens. Through this meaningful celebration, Oraan Elementary School reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing love for the Philippines and promoting civic consciousness among its learners.
