As part of its intensified enforcement efforts, DOTr-SAICT issued 593 Temporary Operatorβs Permits (TOPs) and apprehended and impounded 50 colorum vehicles, further strengthening the Departmentβs campaign against illegal transport operations.
DOTr-SAICT also intensified law enforcement operations around the ParaΓ±aque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), maintained 24/7 operational readiness, and, together with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and other partner agencies, promptly responded to road crashes, vehicle breakdowns, medical emergencies, theft incidents, and other transport-related emergencies.
