As part of the highlights of the Mandaue City Charter Anniversary Celebration, the ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐-๐จ๐ฝ ๐๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐ โ ๐๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐-๐จ๐ฝ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป successfully brought together aspiring innovators and entrepreneurs in a dynamic showcase of ideas that define the cityโs growing innovation ecosystem.
Now on its second year, the summit was organized by the Mandaue Investment Promotions and Tourism Action Center (MIPTAC) in partnership with the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) and various national agencies, with the goal of nurturing start-ups and providing them access to exposure, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities.
Mayor Thadeo Jovito S. Ouano, represented by Councilor Fritz B. Villamor, Chairperson of the Committee on Information and Communication Technology, reaffirmed the cityโs unwavering support for initiatives that fuel entrepreneurship and inclusive growth. Also gracing the event was Hon. Marie Immaline Cortes-Zafra, Chairperson of the Committee on Trade and Industry, who lauded Mandaueโs innovative spirit and the cityโs collective efforts in building a thriving business environment.

Among the standout entries, three innovative start-ups emerged as top winners:
๐ First Place โ ๐ช๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐: an information technology solution that allows users to customize decorated cakes online and instantly receive price quotations through a web and mobile app.
๐ฅ Second Place โ ๐บ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐: an online sports management platform providing sports data, player profiles, livestreaming, and more to support leagues and athletes.
๐ฅ Third Place โ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐ด๐บ: an online transport management system tailored for the shipping industry, designed to streamline logistics and operations.

He emphasized that the cityโs partnership with MCCI and other agencies is part of Mandaueโs long-term vision to position itself as an innovation-driven and business-friendly city.
