Comparsa Sa Mandawe Festival A cultural festival to celebrate the history, heritage, values, character, culture, faith, hope, dreams, vision and spirit of the Mmandauehanons!

The festival will premier on August 28, 2010 with the participation of all 27 barangays of the city.
