Mandaue City Alay Lakad, Inc. Aims to improve the lives of the out-of-school youths of the Philippines in general and of the Mandaue City in particular through various development programs.

Objectives:
1. To provide scholarship to poor but deserving students;
2. To develop physical, psychological, social, mental and moral well-being of the youth;
3. To provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change;
