Quezon Avenue, Barangay Cabancalan, Mandaue City.

More than a security measure, checkpoint operations serve as a proactive approach in preventing criminal activities, enhancing police visibility, and ensuring the safety and security of motorists, commuters, and the community. On September 4, 2026, at about 8:00 AM, personnel of the Mandaue City Mobile Force Company (CMFC), under the direct supervision of PLTCOL FRANCIS RENZ L TALOSIG, Company Commander, conducted its Monthly Rank Inspection at the CMFC Back Gate.

The inspection was led by PEMS Isagani A Cabanlit, Chief Clerk, with the assistance of Pat Cristina D Alabado, Admin PNCO. The activity focused on personnel accountability, discipline, and strict compliance with prescribed uniform and paraphernalia standards under the β€œTamang Bihis” policy.

Following the inspection, a Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) session was conducted, reminding all personnel to strictly adhere to existing PNP policies, rules, regulations, directives, and established procedures in the performance of their duties. Personnel were likewise reminded to maintain discipline, accountability, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
