𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗬 – 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 & 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦

As we prepare to render our final honors to our fallen brother, Earl, all participating Fire Brigades and Emergency Response Teams are requested to observe the following operational guidelines for tomorrow's Water Salute Ceremony.

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲
- July 16, 2026
- Be at your designated area by 7:30AM
- We advise you to park your vehicle near the sidewalks first prior to positioning it base on the area assignment.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺
- All FIRE BRIGADE personnel and AMBULANCE CREWS MUST wear a complete and uniform attire throughout the ceremony.
- Personnel shall wear either:
- Class A Uniform, or
- Complete Turnout Gear (PPE)
- Members of each company must wear the same uniform for uniformity and to uphold the dignity of the ceremony.

𝗔𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴
- Ambulances shall be staged parallel to the Mandaue City Fire Station, positioned along the center road line.
- All ambulances shall face the southbound lane.
- Ambulance crews shall form a line beside their respective units, facing the Mandaue City Fire Station.
- Personnel shall render a final salute only upon the command of the Ground/Incident Commander.

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴
- Fire engines shall be positioned along the center island of Ouano Avenue (Southbound Lane) according to the assigned layout.
- Crews shall form beside their respective apparatus, facing the direction of the funeral procession.
- The Water Salute (Water Arch) shall commence only upon the order of the Ground/Incident Commander.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗼𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
- The Convoy Commander shall be responsible for monitoring the movement and location of the funeral procession.
- Units stationed along Ouano Avenue shall be notified in advance as the convoy approaches to ensure all personnel are prepared for the ceremonial honors.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀
- Fire Brigades and Emergency Response Organizations not reflected in the Area Assignment Layout are still welcome to participate.
- These units are requested to stage their apparatus after the last assigned fire engine, maintaining the same formation and alignment to preserve the order of the ceremony.

Let us all uphold the values of discipline, professionalism, and respect as we come together to honor one of our own. May this final tribute reflect the brotherhood, service, and commitment that Earl embodied throughout his life.
