Mangatarem National High School hereby announces the interview schedule of Science, Technology and Engineering (STE) applicants for School Year 2026-2027. You may proceed at the MNHS Covered Hall on your respective schedule. Take note that applicants will be interviewed in first come, first-served basis.

Mangatarem National High School, headed by Dr. Elvira C. Viray, beams with pride as our very own Ligliwa Dance Troupe was proclaimed as 1st runner-up in the inaugural edition of PinaSayaw as part of the National Festival of Talents (NFOT) 2026 held in Roxas City, Capiz.

From "Bayle sa Kalye" to the revamped national dance tilt "PinaSayaw," Ligliwa Dance Troupe never fell short in bringing colorful stories come to life with their superb dance performances. In every move, they continue to carve history, representing Region 1 for 10 consecutive years and achieving 6-peat 1st runner-up finish in NFOT.

Kudos also to their coaches, Mr. Generoso T. Rillon and Mr. Jeffrey P. Bachar, whose creative minds transform ideas to a vibrant showcase of artistic excellence.

Just like the ant you portrayed on stage, you've shown the power of unity and resilience amid challenges. You are proof that discipline and determination deliver impressive results, bringing you to greater heights.

As one academic community, Mangatarem National High School joyfully and proudly congratulates its student-athletes who carried the banner of our school and clinched hard-earned victory during the Region 1 Athletic Association (R1AA) Meet held on April 5 to 11, 2026 in City of Candon, Ilocos Sur.

We commend your courage, determination, and relentless passion for sports that led you to triumph. The accolades you earned speaks a lot on your character and athletic excellence refined through intensive trainings with the guidance of their coaches.

With immense pride and honor, Mangatarem National High School, under the visionary leadership of Dr. Elvira C. Viray, congratulates its very own Ligliwa Dance Troupe on achieving its 10-peat regional championship, securing their spot to represent Region 1 in the National Festival of Talents (NFOT) 2026.

From Bayle sa Kalye, and now transitioning to PinaSayaw, Ligliwa Dance Troupe have proven its mettle in telling stories that reflect our culture and passion for the arts through dance.

Kudos also to their prolific coaches and trainers, Mr. Generoso T. Rillon and Mr. Jeffrey P. Bachar, whose creative minds transform ideas to vibrant showcase of artistic excellence, unleashing and optimizing the potential of our young, talented learners under the Special Program in the Arts (SPA) major in Dance.

Mangatarem National High School proudly produced 863 senior high school graduates who received their hard-earned diploma during the Graduation Rites held on March 31, 2026 at the MNHS Covered Hall, anchored on the theme: "Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character".

Dr. Elvira C. Viray, Principal IV, formally opened the ceremony with her inspiring opening remarks. Subsequently, she presented the then candidates for graduation who satisfactorily completed the requirements set forth by the Department of Education under the K to 12 Curriculum. This was followed the confirmation of graduates by Fatima R. Boado, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent.

The event was further honored by the presence of Hon. Jensen F. Viray, Municipal Mayor of Mangatarem, who delivered an inspiring message highlighting the vital role of youth in nation-building.

Serving as this year's Guest of Honor and Speaker, Ms. Angeline C. Alamillo of MNHS Class 1988, and now an accomplished operating room nurse at the University Hospital in New Jersey, USA, encouraged the graduates to carry forward the knowledge and values they have gained from their Alma Mater and to use these in meaningful service to the people.

On behalf of SPTA Pres. Lanie Rose S. Lorena, Mr. Ronaldo M. Puma, a member of the SPTA Board of Directors, extended warm greetings to all graduates. He underscored that excellence could lead us to greater heights, but our character keeps us there. All SPTA Officers were awarded a certificate in recognition to their invaluable service this school year, leading to the success of several programs and activities of the school.

Hadi Clementine C. Soria, who awarded the academic distinction with highest honors and garnered the highest general average among the graduates, delivered his farewell message. Allisa A. Bermundo, who also graduated with highest honors, led the Pledge of Honor to the Alma Mater.

The ceremony concluded with a closing remarks from Dr. Cristopher Reymond S. Castillo, HT-VI of the Science Department and OIC of the Senior High School Department.

Idinaos ng Pambansang Mataas na Paaralan ng Mangatarem ang taunang Seremonya ng Pagsulong ngayong ika-30 ng Marso, 2026.

Bilang kinatawan ng Pansangay na Tagapamanihala ng mga Paaralan ng Sangay ng Pangasinan I, Fatima R. Boado, CESO V, pormal na pinagtibay at kinumpirma ni Dr. Angelita V. Muñoz, Tagamasid Pampurok ng Mangatarem I, ang paglilipat-antas ng 700 na mag-aaral sa Baitang 10, tanda na sila ay matagumpay na nakatupad sa mga pamantayan na itinakda ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon sa ilalim ng K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum.

Ipinaabot naman ni Kgg. Juan Edgardo "Sonny" M. Angara, Kalihim ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon, ang kanyang mainit na pagbati sa lahat ng kompliter sa pamamagitan ng isang pre-recorded video.

Dumalo at nagpaabot din ng mensahe si Kgg. Teresa Gianna S. Cruz, Konsehal ng Bayan ng Mangatarem at Tagapangulo ng Komite ng Edukasyon.

Samantala, pinangunahan ni Ashaier R. Bergundo, mag-aaral na nanguna sa lahat ng kompliter at nagkamit ng parangal na May Mataas na Karangalan mula sa SPA 10 A-Tinio, ang panunumpa ng katapatan.

Sa pangunguna nina Dr. Elvira C. Viray, Punong-Guro IV; Dr. Alex S. Tanawit, Ulongguro VI at Kasangguning Pangkurikulum sa Baitang 10; at Bb. Christine Mae P. Perez, Tagapangulong Pangkurikulum, katuwang ang School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) na pinamumunuan ni Gng. Lanie Rose S. Lorena, matagumpay na naidaos ang seremonya na nagsilbing hudyat ng pagsisimula ng isang panibagong kabanata sa buhay akademiko ng bawat kompliter.
