⚡ POWER INTERRUPTION ADVISORY
Please be informed of the scheduled power interruption on Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, affecting the following areas:

📍 Whole municipalities of:
• Bugallon
• Mangatarem
• Aguilar
• Lingayen
• Binmaley

📍 Urbiztondo — except Pasibe East, Pasibe West, Barangay Duplac, Batangcaoa, Malaca, and Bituag.

The interruption is due to scheduled activities by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), including commissioning activities at Labrador Substation and load shifting of the Labrador–San Carlos 69kV line.

⚠️ Please take necessary precautions and plan accordingly. Power may be restored earlier or later than the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances. For safety, consider all lines and equipment energized at all times.

Nahulog po wallet ni Jonathan Ferrer Miergas kanina pong madaling araw around 3:00 am daw po pauwi na po siya ng Pampano dahil hinatid po niya ang kaniyang mag-ina sa may ambulance dahil pupunta po silang mag pacheck up. Please po pakibalik po sana dahil gagamitin po nila yung perang laman ng kaniyang wallet at mga i.d niya.

Magandang araw po, Kabataan ng Pampano!

Nais lamang po naming ipagbigay-alam na ang ating official SK Facebook account ay hindi na available dahil sa suspension/restriction mula kay Meta.

Suspended man ang ating Facebook account pero hindi ang serbisyo ng SK.

Tuloy-tuloy pa rin po ang pagpapatupad ng mga remaining programs and activities for F.Y. 2026. Stay updated lamang po sa mga announcements na ipopost dito sa official page ng ating barangay.

📢 PABATID: UPLIFT PROGRAM (Additional Beneficiaries)

Inaabisuhan ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) – Mangatarem ang lahat ng potential beneficiaries ng UPLIFT Program na ang Intake Interview ay gaganapin sa Hulyo 30–31, 2026, simula 8:00 ng umaga onwards.

VENUE: Ambassador Danding Cojuangco, Mangatarem Umisem Sports Complex

📋 Pakitignan ang larawan sa ibaba para sa kumpletong iskedyul ng mga barangay at mga potential beneficiaries na inaasahang dadalo sa Intake Interview.

📌 MAHALAGANG PAALALA
✅ Ang beneficiary ay kinakailangang magdala ng isang (1) valid government-issued ID at magkaroon ng aktibong GCash account. Kung wala pang GCash account ang beneficiary ngunit may valid government-issued ID, hinihikayat na gumawa o magpa-activate na ng GCash account bago ang araw ng Intake Interview.

✅ Kung ang beneficiary ay walang valid government-issued ID at/o walang GCash account, maaaring dumalo ang isang kinatawan, sa kondisyon na siya ay:
• kabilang sa UPLIFT Program Roster ng parehong pamilya;
• 18 taong gulang pataas;
• may isang (1) valid government-issued ID; at
• may aktibong GCash o LandBank account na nakapangalan sa kanya.

📌 Mangyaring sumunod sa itinakdang petsa at oras ng inyong Intake Interview at dumating nang mas maaga upang maging maayos at mabilis ang proseso.

⚠️ Tanging ang mga potential beneficiaries na nakalista sa larawan sa ibaba ang inaasahang dadalo sa Intake Interview.
