Good luck to the Mangatarem Giants in your upcoming tournament, it’s truly an honor and a great opportunity to play alongside you.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the officiating referees from the Goal Referees Association, and to Coach Jimmy Mendoza for your unwavering support and passion for sports.

This tune-up game was privately sponsored and not government-funded. Despite existing limitations, our SK officials continue to find ways to create opportunities and meaningful activities for the youth.

Ngayong araw, muling naglinis ang SK Council ng Quetegan kasama ang mga kabataan sa ating Covered Court.

Nakikiusap po ang Barangay at SK Council sa lahat ng naglalaro taga-rito man o bisita na panatilihin ang kalinisan. May mga basurahan na pong nakalagay, kaya itapon po nang maayos ang inyong basura at huwag iwan sa mga upuan.

Mas masarap maglaro kapag malinis ang paligid. Patuloy po naming imo-monitor ang kalinisan ng ating Covered Court.

Ang kalinisan ay hindi lang tungkulin, ito ay responsibilidad ng bawat isa.

𝗔 𝗦𝗞 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁

Waste has been a growing problem in Barangay Quetegan due to limited garbage bins. Instead of ignoring it, our SK Council and volunteers took action.

From simple container drums, we created hand-painted garbage bins to help keep our community clean and organized. It may look simple, but every piece was made with effort, teamwork, and heart.

This project shows that even small actions can make a big difference when we work together.

Thank you to our dedicated volunteers, especially Mr. Ramil Aque Daño and former SK Kagawad Ms. Diane Lacuesta, for their support.

Let’s continue working together for a cleaner and greener Barangay Quetegan.

Padyakwentuhan- Bike sharing Project

𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝘽𝙞𝙎𝙆𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙖 🚲 🚲

The SK Quetegan Council proudly presents Project BiSKleta, an initiative centered on providing brand-new bicycles for the community with multiple meaningful purposes.

In light of the ongoing oil crisis affecting many households, these bicycles will be available for youth to borrow as an alternative mode of transportation offering a practical, eco-friendly, and cost-saving solution.

Another highlight of this project is “Padyakwentuhan,” a unique activity organized by the SK Council. On scheduled dates, the youth are invited to join a group bike ride, followed by a gathering where participants can share stories, build connections, and strengthen camaraderie. This initiative fosters unity, friendship, and open communication among the youth.

Additionally, the bicycles will support the efforts of Go Bike Volunteers, especially during Ronda Kalusugan, where they conduct blood pressure monitoring around the barangay. This enhances community health outreach and accessibility.

Beyond its practical uses, biking promotes numerous benefits encouraging a healthy lifestyle, reducing environmental impact, and providing opportunities to reconnect with nature.

The SK Council remains committed to creating innovative programs and maximizing resources for the benefit of the community. Let us all support and take part in this initiative. May these bicycles serve as a reminder that, together, we can move forward as one community stronger, healthier, and more connected.

Behind the scenes, it’s always easier to criticize than to appreciate. Sa bawat Project, Program, at Activity na aming inilulunsad, hindi nawawala ang takot paano kung hindi tangkilikin? Paano kung i-bash lang? Paano kung hindi nila magustuhan?

Pero sa kabila ng lahat, pinatunayan na namin ang aming sarili sa paglipas ng panahon. Hindi namin ito pinasok para umatras. Pinili namin ang pagiging SK, kaya paninindigan namin ito—matatag at matapang.

Magpapatuloy kami, dahil malinaw ang aming hangarin. Hindi para sa pansariling interes, kundi para sa kabataan. Sa bawat hakbang, dala namin ang puso ng paglilingkod at ang paniniwalang ang ginagawa namin ay para sa ikabubuti ng lahat.
