The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) โ€“ Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office, headed by Officer-in-Charge Verna M. Palsimon, in partnership with the Pangasinan Civil Registrars Association (PANCRA), led by its President and City Civil Registrar of San Carlos City, Lourdes M. Llamas, conducted the 2025 Outstanding Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) Awarding Ceremony on 09 June 2026 at the Visitor's Center, Binalonan, Pangasinan. The activity gathered Local Civil Registrars and civil registration personnel across the province to recognize LCROs for their exemplary performance and contributions to civil registration services during Calendar Year 2025.
