On July 31, 2026, the PNU-HRMDO successfully conducted the 2026 Institutional Orientation on the 2025 Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RACCS). The activity aimed to strengthen the University's understanding, compliance, and implementation of the updated RACCS provisions while providing faculty members and staff with comprehensive guidance on administrative case management and disciplinary procedures in the Civil Service.
The orientation featured Assistant Commissioner Atty. Ariel G. Ronquillo of the Civil Service Commission - Office of the Assistant Commissioner for Legal (CSC-OACL) as the Resource Speaker. During the session, he discussed the salient provisions of the 2025 RACCS, including the procedures governing administrative investigations, due process, disciplinary actions, and the responsibilities of public officials and employees under the Civil Service. Participants also had the opportunity to raise questions and seek clarifications on the practical application of the updated rules within the University setting.
Through this initiative, the PNU-HRMDO reaffirmed its commitment to promoting accountability, integrity, and good governance by ensuring that members of the University community are well-informed of the policies governing public service.
