1. Upon client's confirmation to proceed with processing the documents, we will finalize quotation and we will be needing the requirements and payment.
(Please note that we don't offer refunds. We would appreciate it if you make up your mind first before you confirm and pay.)
For the data needed (e.g)
Requesting for birth certificate, make sure all details and spelling are correct to avoid additional payment.
3. Upon receiving the final quotation, Full payment is required before we begin to process the documents.
4. Once the documents are ready, we will courier it to the owner and you will receive the tracking number for your reference. Kindly track your parcel. Door to door delivery unless your area is out of delivery zone then parcel is to be pick-up at the nearest branch (applicable locally and internationally)

A. No rush processing please. Due to the current situation (pandemic) and lockdown in NCR, please expect delays.
B. No changing of confirmed documents request and No cancellation policy once confirmed and paid.
C. Payment must be settled first.
D. For sure clients onlyโ
E. Mode of Payment - BDO or Money Remittance (Palawan/Cebuana/Western)
G. Delivery locally 5-10 days and international delivery via DHL/Fedex 4-7 days. (No meet up and pick up)
