The Naval Forces Reserve – National Capital Region (NFR-NCR), Philippine Navy proudly received a prestigious recognition from the Tanging Yaman Foundation in honor of its unwavering commitment to humanitarian service, volunteerism, and nation-building.

Representing the Naval Forces Reserve – National Capital Region, Philippine Navy, CAPT MEDARDO C DEACOSTA JR PN(MNSA)(RES), Officer-in-Charge, NFR-NCR, attended the recognition ceremony together with CAPT NORMAN BIOLA PN(MNSA)(RES), former Commander of NFR-NCR, and LCDR JOSE ADOLFO CRUZ PN(GSC)(RES).
