HUKUMAN was established as a political party in San Beda College of Law in 1988 by Atty. Funa, the current Commissioner if the Philippine Insurance Commission. Here at HUKUMAN, we center our political ideology around resolving pressing issues faced by the students of San Beda University-College of Law. We are geared towards finding and adopting the best practices that will truly care for the right

s and opportunities of the student body. Being an issue-based political party, we strive to take on striking issues that affect not only students and academics, but also socio-civic concerns beyond the walls of San Beda. Driven to resolve such issues alongside fellow students, Hukuman aims to be a political party hard bent on issue resolution as opposed to band-aid solutions.
