President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. launches the ‘Bawat Bayan Makikinabang’ Program in Tarlac on July 30, 2026. According to the President’s Report to the People for 2022-2026, following his 5th State of the Nation Address (SONA), the Program, which aims to strengthen and accelerate national government support to local government units (LGUs), has directly disbursed Php22.22 billion to 1,266 LGUs as of June 2026.

The assistance to barangays was further amplified by the ‘Bawat Bayan Makikinabang’ Program through the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) of the Office of the President (OP). Through this fund, barangays will receive Php100,000 for development and safety projects and another Php100,000 for five (5) Presidential Scholars. As of 2 July 2026, the government released Php4.69 billion to 23,431 barangays, with the rollout to remaining barangays continuing.

During the event, President Marcos Jr. interacts with the Presidential Scholars from Tarlac. He also witnesses the ongoing distribution of rice under the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) and then leads the turnover of an SCPF financial assistance check totaling Php102.2 million for 511 barangays in Tarlac.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the inauguration of the Energy Museum and the celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA) at the Department of Energy (DOE) Energy Center in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City on July 29, 2026.

The Energy Museum is the country's first dedicated energy education facility, designed to enhance public understanding of the Philippine energy sector through interactive exhibits highlighting the country's energy history, power system and long-term energy goals.

The event also marks the 25th anniversary of Republic Act (RA) No. 9136, the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA), which established the framework for restructuring the country's electric power industry to promote reliable, secure, affordable and competitive electricity services.

Continuing the Administration’s efforts to bring government programs and assistance closer to communities, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. launches the 'Bawat Bayan Makikinabang’ Program in Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte and Davao Occidental, during a program in Nabunturan, Davao de Oro on July 28, 2026.

Together with Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr., the President leads the distribution of agricultural machineries and farm inputs from the DA and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) to farmer-beneficiaries. He also turns over financial assistance under the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) to the Provinces of Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte and Davao Occidental, benefiting Presidential Scholars and barangays.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. hosts a gala dinner at the Ceremonial Hall in Malacañan Palace on 24 July 2026 in honor of visiting Foreign Ministers following the successful conclusion of the commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation (TAC) in Southeast Asia.

Prior to the commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the TAC in Southeast Asia, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Member States and its partners convened for the 59th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting (AMM), the Post-Ministerial Conferences (PMC), and Related Meetings, underscoring ASEAN's enduring role in fostering dialogue, strengthening partnerships, and building consensus amid evolving regional and global challenges.

The Ministerial meetings culminated in the commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the TAC in Southeast Asia. During the signing ceremony, Sweden, Poland, Romania and Lithuania acceded to the Treaty as new High Contracting Parties, reaffirming the TAC's growing relevance as a cornerstone of peace, stability and cooperation in the region.

Strengthening the country’s healthcare system and expanding access to specialized pediatric services, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos lead the inauguration of the Department of Health – Jose B. Lingad (DOH-JBL) Children’s Medical Center at the Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat City, Pampanga on July 24, 2026.

After unveiling the facility marker, the President and the First Lady tour the medical center to inspect its Integrated Operating Room, specialized outpatient consultation area and advanced diagnostic facilities, including an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled X-ray system and a 128-slice CT scanner.

Established through a partnership between the DOH and the Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital, the DOH-JBL Children’s Medical Center aims to expand access to specialized pediatric healthcare services. This state-of-the-art facility will provide free, high-quality medical care to children and their families from Regions I, II and III, as well as neighboring areas.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the inauguration and turnover of the Ibato-Iraan Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (SRIP), Palawan’s largest irrigation facility and the Island’s first reservoir-type irrigation project, in Barangay Sagpangan, Municipality of Aborlan on July 23, 2026.

Completed in September 2024, the Php886.12-million project will irrigate 1,072 hectares of farmland across Barangays Sagpangan, Iraan and Isaub in Aborlan, benefiting 425 farmers from the Ibato-Iraan Farmer’s Irrigators Association, Inc.

The project draws water from the Ibato-Iraan River and includes a 31-meter-high zoned earthfill dam, canal structures, concrete linings, access roads and a 350-meter-long ungated ogee spillway. The reservoir can store up to 3.013 million cubic meters of rainwater.

The turnover marks the project’s formal transfer to concerned stakeholders for operation and maintenance, supporting higher farm productivity, sustainable water management and local economic growth.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the Bawat Bayan Makikinabang and the Bangsamoro Government Convergence Program at the Philippine Army (PA) Headquarters in Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao Del Norte on July 22, 2026.

The President leads the ceremonial turnover and awarding of assistance to Bangsamoro Ministries, Offices, Agencies (BMOAs), as well as the ceremonial turnover of Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) assistance to the Cotabato City Government and the Provincial Governments of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). Today’s event underscores the Administration's commitment to strengthening collaboration with the Bangsamoro Government and to bringing essential government programs and services closer to Bangsamoro communities.
