Presidential Action Center The official page of the Office of the President - Presidential Action Center Executive Order No. 479, signed by President Corazon C.

MANDATE

The Presidential Action Center (PACe) derives its mandate from Executive Order 442, as amended by Executive Order No. 447 and 479. Aquino on August 27, 1991, amended the functions of PACE to the following:

1. provide callers, visitors, and other persons who come to transact business with the office of the president with the necessary information;
2. serve as a liaison unit of the office

of the president with various departments and agencies of the government on all requests for assistance, as well as complaints and grievances by the general public;
3. coordinate with the various departments and agencies in order to carry out its objectives and functions, and institute a follow-up and feedback mechanism to ensure that the referrals of the presidential action center are given attention and expeditiously acted upon;
4. to make counseling services available to the public pertaining to their requests, grievances, or complaints; and
5. to perform other functions and responsibilities as the President or the Executive Secretary may direct.

In line with the observance of Araw ng Kagitingan, the Presidential Action Center (PACe) will be closed on Thursday, 09 April 2026 pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006 entitled β€œDeclaring the Regular Holidays and Special (Non-working) Days for the Year 2026”.

The regular office schedule and acceptance of documents through mail / courier (LBC, JRS, J&T, etc.) will resume on Friday, 10 April 2026.

Clients may also schedule appointments and upload their documents through the eGovPH app available in Play Store and App Store.

In line with the observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, the Presidential Action Center (PACe) will be closed on Wednesday, 01 April 2026, from 12:00 PM onwards pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 116, s. 2026.

The regular office schedule and acceptance of documents through mail/courier (LBC, JRS, J&T, etc.) will resume on Monday, 06 April 2026.

Marcos Jr. encouraged everyone to share compassion and kindness with others, especially those in need, the sick, and those affected by hardship, so that we may be a source of light and hope for our fellow Filipinos today and in the years to come.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. honored Dr. Jose Rizal by emphasizing how his writings and martyrdom awakened the Filipino sense of identity and affirmed the nation’s right to dignity, freedom, and self-determination.

In his message, PBBM called on Filipinos, especially the youth, to draw guidance from Rizal’s life by upholding integrity, accountability, respect for truth, and love of country, while pairing patriotism with responsible citizenship in the pursuit of a just and compassionate nation.
