⚠️ PHISHING ALERT – Fake Office 365 Email
We’ve seen a fake email pretending to be from Office 365. It says your account will be deactivated and asks you to click “Confirm Access”.
Do NOT click any links or buttons. This is a phishing attempt to steal your login details.

How to Spot This Scam:
• Email claims: “Your service deactivation request has been approved.”
• Sender address looks suspicious (not Microsoft).
• Link goes to a non-Microsoft site (e.g., Zoom or unknown domain).
• Poor grammar and strange formatting.

What You Should Do:
1. Ignore and delete the email.
2. Do NOT click any links or reply.
3. Report it: In Outlook: Use Report Phishing button ________________________________________
If You Already Clicked:
• Change your Microsoft 365 password immediately.
• Turn on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Contact ICTD or PMO Site Administrator right away.
