HAPPENING NOW: The Port of Manila condemns Six (6) Containers containing various seized goods at the August 10 Enterprise Co. in Brgy. Sto. Tomas, Biñan, Laguna. The goods were seized and forfeited in favor of the government for violation of Section 1400, in relation to Section 1113 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act and R.A. 8293, also known as the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.

ICYMI | BOC WELCOMES PNP-HPG COMPLAINT ON BULACAN CIGARETTE CONDEMNATION INCIDENT, VOWS FULL COOPERATION

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) welcomes the filing of the complaint by the PNP-Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG), as this provides the proper avenue to clarify the circumstances, establish the facts, and allow due process to take its course.

The BOC will continue to fully cooperate with the PNP-HPG and other concerned authorities. The agency remains committed to upholding integrity and accountability within its ranks while strengthening coordination with fellow law enforcement agencies in the fight against smuggling and illicit trade.
