𝘓𝘖𝘖𝘒: Medical Administrative Corps Officer successfully completed the All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT) Training Course, the culmination and Level 4 final tier of the ladderized Incident Command System (ICS) training conducted in partnership with the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (QCDRRMD) at Hive Hotel, Scout Tuason St, Quezon City, from 27 to 31 July 2026.

During the rigorous course, 𝙇𝙏 𝘿𝘼𝙉𝙄𝙀𝙇 𝙋 𝘼𝘽𝙐𝙏𝘼𝙎 𝙈𝘼𝘾 𝙋𝘾𝙂 gained advanced strategic knowledge on multi-agency coordination, resource forecasting, and complex operational management, which are vital for leading extended-duration disasters and large-scale planned events.

The training involved a series of intensive lectures, collaborative group activities, and practical simulations, through which participants actively engaged and enhanced their competence in executing high-level command and general staff roles.

Furthermore, this final milestone equipped the MAC Officer with the necessary leadership and structural frameworks to effectively translate critical health and medical needs into actionable operational commands encountered in the service of the Philippine Coast Guard.

The Logistics Officers Course plays a vital role in preparing officers to efficiently manage equipment, supplies, transportation, procurement, and other critical resources that enable the successful ex*****on of Coast Guard operations. Effective logistics serves as the backbone of mission readiness, ensuring that every unit has the necessary support to accomplish its mandate efficiently and effectively.

Adding inspiration to the ceremony, 𝙍𝘼𝘿𝙈 𝙈𝙄𝙏𝙕𝙄𝙀 𝙎 𝙎𝙄𝙇𝙑𝘼-𝘾𝘼𝙈𝙋𝙊 𝙋𝘾𝙂, 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧, 𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙂𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙇𝙤𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙 (𝘾𝙂𝙇𝙎𝘾), formally marking the successful completion of all training requirements. 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE CORPS PCG conducts its first-ever Leadership Seminar with the theme, "𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙀𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨".

The Medical Administrative Corps proudly marks a significant milestone with the successful conduct of its First-Ever Leadership Seminar held on 07 May 2026 at the NHQ-PCG Function Hall.

With 𝑴𝒔. 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒆 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔 𝑩𝒐𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒂 as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), who possesses extensive experience in Human Resource Management Training and Development, Organizational Development and Quality Management, the seminar provided MAC Officers with valuable learning opportunities centered on leadership, teamwork, professional growth, and organizational excellence. Ms. Bombeta earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

This activity was also initiated under the leadership and guidance of the Chief, Medical Administrative Corps, 𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑻 𝑰𝑹𝑬𝑵𝑬 𝑺 𝑮𝑨𝑴𝑨𝑳𝑳𝑶 𝑴𝑨𝑪 𝑷𝑪𝑮 (𝑫𝑺𝑪), whose commitment to personnel development and professional growth continues to inspire and strengthen the Corps.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙨 proudly recognizes the exemplary efforts and outstanding performance of 𝗟𝗧𝗝𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗝𝗢𝗬 𝗕 𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗖 𝗣𝗖𝗚 as augmented medical personnel onboard MRRV 9702.

LTJG OTADOY MAC PCG rendered distinguished service during the search and rescue operations conducted in connection with the maritime incident involving MV Trisha Kerstin 3 in the vicinity waters of Baluk-Baluk Island, Basilan.

In recognition of her commendable service, she was awarded the Coast Guard Merit Medal and Ribbon. The awarding ceremony was spearheaded by the Commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard, ADM RONNIE GIL L GAVAN PCG, on 03 March 2026.

Her achievement brings pride and honor to the Medical Administrative Corps and the entire Philippine Coast Guard.
