Last weekend's half-marathon is not about getting a new PR... but a pacer run to my wife...

I'm glad I was able to perform the role maintaining a steady pace for the group from start to finish... At km15, kailangan hindi mahalata na medyo sumasakit right knee because I am running with about 2 kilos above my normal weight... otherwise baka mahawa sila at bagalan ang pace 😀
