Mental health is health!

Katulad ng katawan natin, kailangan din nating alagaan ang ating isip. Normal lang na mapagod, ma-stress, o makaramdam ng bigat lalo na sa dami ng responsibilidad at hamon sa ating buhay araw-araw. Ngunit mahalagang tandaan na hindi mo kailangang hintayin na lumala ang nararamdaman bago humingi ng tulong.

Ang paglapit para magpakonsulta ay hindi kahinaan. Isa itong hakbang tungo sa mas maayos na pangkalahatang kalusugan.

Ngayong World Hand Hygiene Day, muling nagkakaisa ang Tondo Medical Center (TMC) sa pagpapatibay ng kultura ng kaligtasan at kalinisan. Ang simpleng pagpapanatili ng malinis na kamay ay ang ating pangunahing depensa laban sa sakit at impeksyon sa loob ng ospital.
​Tandaan ang WHO 5 Moments para sa Hand Hygiene: Ugaliin ang tamang paghuhugas at pag-rub ng kamay, may guwantes man o wala. Dahil sa bawat ligtas na haplos, buhay ng pasyente ang ating napoprotektahan.

The Pharmacy Department was visited by representatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency for a Dangerous Drugs Compliance Inspection Spot Report last May 14, 2026. The visit aimed to ensure that the department complies with the provisions expected of them.

Congratulations to the Pharmacy Department for passing this spot audit.

The Nutrition and Dietetics Department was visited by the Professional Regulation Commission Board of Nutrition and Dietetics last May 7, 2026 to conduct an evaluation of the different aspects of the Nutrition and Dietetics profession. The PRC Board was represented by the Chairperson, Hon. Ma. Socorro E. Ignacio, and Members Hon. Imelda A. Agdeppa and Hon. Rhoda Joy R. Buenviaje . At the end of the assessment, the department was recommended for issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
