[BLS-ACLS CERTIFICATES]

Good day!

For those who passed all requirements (written and practical exams) for our training sessions from March to July 2019, we are pleased to inform you all that your BLS and ACLS provider certificates from PHA are now available at the SAGIP office at UP-PGH (behind the Medicine wards - 1 and 3).

Below is the list of passers whose certificates are ready for pickup.

[BLS and ACLS CERTIFICATES]

The BLS and ACLS certificates and ID's for trainees who passed all requirements (written and practical exams) for our sessions held from March up to July will be available within the next week! We will announce ASAP once they are readily available at UP-PGH already. After double-checking and finalizing the list of passers, PHA officials and personnel are in the process of printing certificates and ID's, which will then be mailed to us.
