Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng World No To***co Day at National No Smoking Month, bumisita ang Labubulok Gang, ang mga paboritong mascots ng Department of Health (Philippines) na nagsusulong ng kamalayan tungkol sa masasamang epekto ng paninigarilyo, v**e at iba pang paraphernalia na may nikotina.

🚭 Day 1 Activity of the World No To***co Day and National No Smoking Month Celebration at San Lazaro Hospital 🚭

Today marked the successful launch of Huling Hipak, the first-ever Smoking Cessation Campaign Short Film of San Lazaro Hospital. Through this meaningful initiative, we aim to raise awareness about the harmful effects of to***co use and inspire individuals to choose a healthier, smoke-free future.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all organizers, committee members, partners, and participants who made this event possible. Your dedication and hard work contributed greatly to the success of this milestone activity.

Special thanks to the San Lazaro Employees Union – Alliance of Health Workers (SLEU-AHW) for generously providing snack stalls for our employees and guests during the event.

Huling Hipak (The Last Puff) is a powerful short advocacy film that sheds light on the realities and consequences of smoking, not only on the smoker but also on the people who care about them. Through heartfelt storytelling, this film highlights the struggles, regrets, and life-changing decisions that come with to***co use, while emphasizing the importance of prevention, cessation, and choosing a healthier future.

Created in support of smoking cessation awareness, Huling Hipak serves as a reminder that it is never too late to quit and take the first step toward a smoke-free life.
