The PNU-USC Student Electoral Commission shall have the exclusive charge of the enforcement and administration of all laws relative to the conduct of Student Elections for the purpose of ensuring free, orderly, honest, peaceful and credible elections. The Commission also welcomes verified petitions from any and all bona fide students for holding plebiscites, initiatives and referendum.
