The Electoral Board 2014 We, the members of the Electoral Board of San Beda, imploring the aid of the divine providence and blessings of St.

Bede, mediate all elections conducted within the College of Arts and Sciences. In order to serve the student body, we will implement rules and procedures in the Omnibus Election Code to conduct fair, honest and credible elections. This Board’s decisions will be just, equal and unbiased because we tolerate no favouritism towards any individual or political party. We do hereby ordain and establish this Constitution and subscribe to the regulations and policies of San Beda College.
