The Philippine Youth Games โ€“ Batang Pinoy was conceptualized as the baseline sports program of PSC, in support to the National Sports Development agenda of the National Government's desire to provide an inclusive sporting event for young athletes. ing and complementing program of the various stakeholders of Philippine sports. The inclusivity nature of Batang Pinoy allows out-of-school youth, sectoral and marginalize sectors to participate in multiple sporting events. It was envisioned to address the need for a grassroots sports program centered on values formation inherent in the practice of sports and play. Since its creation, the Batang Pinoy had staged 13 National Championships plus more than 40 regional qualifying legs from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

The Philippine Sports Commission is inviting all LGUs to send their best student-athletes and out-of-school youth aged 8 to 15 to compete in 30 different sports.

Don't drop the ball on registration! LGUs need to name their Head of Delegation and Deputy Head of Delegation right away.

Email your signed Appointment Forms to [email protected] before the July 15, 2026 deadline.

Missing the deadline means system delays, and onsite registration is completely off the table. Get your paperwork in early so your young champions can bring home the gold!
