The Coast Guard Infrastructure Development Service (CGIDS) proudly congratulates ENS KRISTINE KIEKO P FENOMENO PCG on the successful completion of the Human Resource Management Officer’s Basic Course (HRMOBC) Class 05-2026. Her dedication to professional development reflects her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the performance of her duties.

The graduation ceremony was held on 15 September 2026 at the Lakeshore Activity Center, together with twenty-six (26) other students from various units of the Philippine Coast Guard.

Conducted by the Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command (CGHRMC), the course provided participants with foundational knowledge, skills, and competencies essential to the effective and efficient management of human resources within the organization.

For CGIDS, this accomplishment also reflects the Unit’s continuing commitment to the professional growth and development of its personnel. Amid the demands of engineering work, project implementation, site inspections, planning, and other responsibilities, CGIDS continues to encourage its personnel to pursue learning opportunities and further strengthen their competencies in their respective fields.

The Unit recognizes that developing capable and well-rounded personnel is an important part of building a stronger organization and delivering better service to the Philippine Coast Guard.

𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲: The Coast Guard Infrastructure Development Service (CGIDS) took part in the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on 10 September 2026, reinforcing its commitment to disaster preparedness, personnel safety, and operational continuity.

As the engineering arm of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), CGIDS recognizes the importance of maintaining not only well-prepared personnel and effective emergency procedures, but also safe, functional, and resilient infrastructure capable of supporting critical operations during and after disasters.

The conduct of the NSED served as an opportunity to strengthen emergency response practices, enhance coordination, and promote a culture of preparedness across the organization. By continuously engaging in disaster preparedness activities, CGIDS remains committed to strengthening the resilience of PCG personnel, facilities, and operations in the face of unforeseen emergencies.

Preparedness is a shared responsibility. Resilience is built through readiness, coordination, and action.

The graduation ceremony was held on 21 July 2026 at the Vitalez Multipurpose Gymnasium, Parañaque City.

The Logistics Officers Course was designed to strengthen the logistics capabilities of Philippine Coast Guard officers through comprehensive training in logistics planning, systems integration, resource management, and other key logistics functions. The program equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support Coast Guard operations and enhance organizational readiness.

The successful completion of the course reflects CGIDS' continuing commitment to developing competent and mission-ready personnel through professional education and training. The knowledge and experience gained by these officers will further strengthen the organization's logistics capability in support of the Philippine Coast Guard's mission.
